The present owners invested over $200,000 in upgrades and improvements before taking delivery and beginning to cruise in 2002. Since then the boat has been expertly and professionally maintained to the highest standards and it shows.
Improvements include a complete Awl Grip paint job with blue hull and white decks and superstructure, new hard top for the fly bridge, and sundeck, new helm chairs, dinghy cradle and lifting crane, full enclosures of the bridge and sundeck, custom wet bar on the sundeck, swim platform with custom SS ladder, Corian Countertops, new fabrics and furniture, appliances, new fuel tanks, shafts and props. Primarily a fresh water boat (Tennssee River) and only recently brought to Florida. The bottom was recently stripped and barrier coated then bottom painted.
This Proper Yacht is ready for new owners to stow personal gear and leave the dock.
